Steamed beef and vegetable with butter
For 4 people
- beef chuck steak
- moyashi (bean sprout)
- Chop beef into cubes, slice carrot and cabbage thinly. Slice garlic.
- Put beef, carrot, cabbage, moyashi and butter in Donabe, cover the lid and steam on a flame.
- After beef is cooked through, serve with Ponzu (citrus seasoned soy sauce and vinegar).
