Steamed beef and vegetable with butter

moyashi (bean sprout)

  • Chop beef into cubes, slice carrot and cabbage thinly. Slice garlic.
  • Put beef, carrot, cabbage, moyashi and butter in Donabe, cover the lid and steam on a flame.
  • After beef is cooked through, serve with Ponzu (citrus seasoned soy sauce and vinegar).
