Steamed beef and vegetable with butter

牛肉とたっぷり野菜のバター蒸し

For 4 people

beef chuck steak 300g
carrot 1pc
cabbage 1/4pc
moyashi (bean sprout) 1bag
garlic 2pcs
butter 20g
  1. Chop beef into cubes, slice carrot and cabbage thinly. Slice garlic.
  2. Put beef, carrot, cabbage, moyashi and butter in Donabe, cover the lid and steam on a flame.
  3. After beef is cooked through, serve with Ponzu (citrus seasoned soy sauce and vinegar).
